PWBA Tour players got a treat to open their 2017 season: a flat lane pattern that brought to mind the U.S. Open when the PBA Tour ran it earlier this century.
Predictably, the scoring pace was extremely low, with just four of the 68 players averaging 200 in Friday’s 12 games of qualifying.
