The third season of the PWBA Tour since its re-launch starts Friday at Double Decker Lanes in Rohnert, California. The familiar format will feature 6-game qualifying blocks on fresh oil and burn on Friday, with a 6-game cashers round on Saturday on fresh oil, then six games of round-robin match play on burn, and the interesting group stepladder finals on fresh oil.  The stepladder finals will be taped May 23 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, for later airing on CBS Sports Network as the PWBA...
