Update: Tatum Ruffalo's 817 has been certified by USBC and is the highest youth girls series in Wisconsin history.   As best as I can determine, Tatum Ruffalo of Waterford set a Wisconsin youth girls record with an 817 series and became the first girl to roll consecutive perfect games on Saturday at River City Lanes in Waterford.
