Japan’s Shota Kawazoe on Friday cruised to the top seed for the stepladder finals of the DHC PBA Japan Invitational, according to scoring posted on PBA.com here.
Kawazoe went 24-8 and averaged 247.56 as he totaled 8,642, a stunning 401 pins ahead of No. 2 seed Jason Sterner at 8,241 at Bentencho Grandbowl in Osaka.
