Chris Hill’s journey from tennis dreams to winning an Open Championships Eagle

Chris Hill once was a very good tennis player, but it didn’t take him long to realize his talent didn’t match up with his dreams.
Hill played on a conference championship team in college at Valparaiso University and in 2001 was the No. 1 ranked player in the Wisconsin men’s adult open division.
He even taught tennis for a while and played weekends with guys “who were super high ranked once,” he said in a recent interview.
