North Dakota’s Matt Smallin is in the headlines at the USBC Open Championships for the second straight year. Smallin took the lead in singles with 785 and all-events with 2,060 on Monday at the 2016 USBC Open Championships, the United States Bowling Congress reported on Facebook.
