Dennis Grossman fell a pin shy of perfection to highlight Madison area bowling on Wednesday. Grossman’s 299 came in a 761 series in the Bowl-A-Vard Lanes Lake City League. The top series were Heath Haug’s 789 and Mary Lo’s 652 in the Bowl-A-Vard Mixed Nuts League.
