The 21st annual Badger State Bowling Council Mixed Handicap Tournament will be held for four consecutive weekends starting Oct. 23-25 at Dome Lanes in Marinette in northeast Wisconsin. The BSBC donates $1,000 to the prize fund and first pays $800 in team based on 120 teams and $400 in doubles based on 240 duos.
