The Silver Lake Atom Splitters fired the last seven strikes to overcome a big deficit and defeat the L.A. X in the decisive Baker format team game to win the 2014 PBA League title in a show that aired Sunday on ESPN.
The Atom Splitters (Bryon Smith, Chris Barnes, Dom Barrett, Wes Malott and Tommy Jones) downed L.A. X (Mika Koivuniemi, EJ Tackett, Andres Gomez, Jason Belmonte and Parker Bohn III) 225-203 in the Baker game to win the three points and take the match for the Elias Cup 4-2....
