Jeff Barsness sent me a note Friday asking me to write up the effort to form an interesting new scratch league in the Madison area next season. The Baker format 3-person league would bowl at 6 p.m. on Wednesdays at Village Lanes. In a 3-man Baker game, the first bowler rolls frame 1-4-7-10, the second bowler 2-5-8, and the third bowler 3-6-9.
