As promised, the Midwest Scratch Bowling Series is expanding to the Chicago area with its first tourney in that area on Saturday, Dec. 21 at Streamwood Bowl in Streamwood. The tournament, which has a Facebook page here, starts at noon and has an entry fee of $85. The format is 5 games of qualifying with the top 16 (based on 64 entries) seeded into bracket match play with 2-game matches until 4 bowlers remain.
