Zeke Bayt fired a 795 to take the singles lead at the United States Bowling Congress Open Championships in Reno, Nev., according to the Open Championships leaderboards. Bayt rolled games of 288, 268 and 239 to edge past previous leader John Szczerbinski by six pins. Bayt, 20, is a regional staffer with DV8 who bowled collegiately for Pikeville.
