Paul Bober downed top seed Ken Kempf 237-222 to win the Central Wisconsin Scratch Bowlers Tour Finals at Weston Lanes on Saturday. Bober, a right-hander from the Chicago area, earned $800 despite just 29 bowlers competing thanks to all the added money in the third CWSBT major of the season.
