Ken Kempf defeated teammate Jason Wendt 244-227 to win the Central Wisconsin Scratch Bowlers Tour tournament at Shoreview Lanes in Oshkosh on Saturday, CWSBT operator Dale Hackbart reported in an email. Competing with the Milwaukee Open Match Game Championships, the tournament drew just 25 bowlers with the entire field bowling seven games and the top eight cashing and making the stepladder.
