Jason Belmonte and Diandra Asbaty won the titles at the AMF Australian Masters on Saturday, PBA reported.
In a renewal of their rivalry, home country favorite Belmonte rallied for a 2-1 victory over American rival Sean Rash, while Asbaty swept Missy Parkin 2-0.
Belmonte’s win was worth $25,000 and was his fifth PBA Tour title. Asbaty’s win was worth $15,000. Those prizes are in Australian dollars, making them worth slightly more in U.S. dollars.
