The United States Bowling Congress last week explained what to many was the mystery of local associations threatened with and/or losing their charters.
As explained in this USBC news release, the associations — Bowlers Journal International reported that 77 ultimately lost their charters — had failed to file their 990 forms with the Internal Revenue Service.
