After years of consistently solid bowling, Madison Bowling Association Hall of Famer Joel Carlson finally won his first PBA title on Sunday. The right-hander who now lives in the Omaha, Neb., area won the PBA Midwest Region Milan Lanes Senior Viper Open sponsored by Derek Newton Allstate in Milan, Ill.
