In a battle of 20-year-old young guns, Cody Ramsden defeated top seed Tony Thaden 246-224 to win the fourth annual Madison Bowling Association Masters at Prairie Lanes on Saturday.
Thaden dominated qualifying with a total of 1,444 for six games, but Ramsden was too much in the title match, opening with a double, then leaving a 4-pin he missed, before firing six straight strikes to lock up the win.
