Why PBA dropping the Exempt Tour concept is not a big deal

Thursday's announcement by the PBA that it is dropping the Exempt Tour concept should surprise no one. The concept had dwindled to a shadow of what it once was and the impact is relatively insignificant, as PBA Commissioner Tom Clark noted in this PBA news release.
