McDowell to have surgery on non-bowling shoulder

My heart skipped a couple of beats Wednesday morning when I got
an email from my friend and teammate Marc McDowell reporting that
he was going to have surgery on his shoulder.
Thankfully, it is his left (non-bowling) shoulder and the
retired PBA Tour star will miss just two to three months after the
scheduled Dec. 20 surgery.
