Prize checks from the 2011 State Tournament finally are going in the mail Thursday, according to Phil La Porte, manager of the Wisconsin State Bowling Association. The checks were held up until the United States Bowling Congress held a hearing in Matthew Johnson's appeal of his disqualification this year.
