Schultz wins U.S. Women's Open qualifier

Patti Schultz of Braidwood, Ill., captured the Ebonite Joliet Women's Open at Town & Country Lanes in Joliet, Ill., Sunday to earn $750 and a spot in the 2011 U.S. Women's Open. Schultz edged out Brandi Branka, a McKendree University student from Momence, Ill., by 26 pins. Terysa Wojnar, of Chicago, was just one more pin back.
