Wayne Webb, Del Ballard, Jr., and Carol Gianotti have been elected to the United States Bowling Congress Hall of Fame, the USBC announced in a Twitter post Monday. The three were elected off the Superior Performance ballot that annually goes out to veteran bowling writers (including me), USBC Hall of Fame members, USBC Board of Directors members, and USBC Hall of Fame committee members.
