Arkansas, Texas bowlers are USBC Youth Ambassadors of the Year

Lance Ragland of Sunnyvale, Texas, and Cera Dailey of Sherwood, Ark., have been selected as the United States Bowling Congress Youth Ambassadors of the Year by the USBC Youth Committee, USBC announced.
