Terry Kulibert's Wisconsin Scratch Bowlers Tour has scheduled another of its popular Over 40/Under 40 Doubles tournament. The event is set for Feb. 5 at Bluemound Bowl in Milwaukee, which hopefully will mean a strong turnout, even though that's also the day of the Madison Bowling Association Masters. There will be squads at 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. with 32 teams maximum per squad. Teams can bowl both squads if the 1 p.m. squad is not full. At least one team member must be 40, and both can be 40....
