Paul Bloemer defeated Dave Shaw 204-195 in the title match to win the Madison Area Scratch Tour tournament at Bowl-A-Vard Lanes on Saturday. In the semifinals, Shaw beat Duane Kilts of Madison and Bloemer defeated Chad Kloss. It was Bloemer's fourth career MAST title. First was $520; second was $286. Full results are posted here....
