PBA changes Regional qualifying for playoffs again

Update:
This Oct. 1 news release from PBA contains lists of those
Regional players who already have qualified for the playoffs and
lists of tournaments in each region in October and November that
serve as additional qualifying vehicles.
When the PBA first announced details on the Dick Weber PBA
Playoffs that will end the 2010-11 season, it said Regional players
would qualify based on points accumulated from Oct. 1, 2009,
through Nov. 30, 2010.
