Plaza Bowl in Racine paid out $7,000 in the inaugural year of its Baker 5-Person Team Tournament last season. This year's tournament, which starts Sept. 26 and runs through Jan. 16, will feature $10,000 in guaranteed prize money as the operators aim for strong growth.
