Mark Williams remained on top after the second of two rounds of
qualifying ended Monday in the Pro Bowlers Association Senior Pepsi
Open at Spare Time Lanes in Decatur, Ill., PBA reported.
Williams totaled 1,784 Monday on games of 232, 219, 178, 200,
255, 234, 233 and 233 for a 3,616 16-game total (226 average),
extending his lead to 124 pins over fellow Hall of Famer Walter Ray
Williams Jr. of Ocala, Fla., according to a PBA news release....
