Alcohol to be allowed during USBC Open Championships

Breaking with more than 100 years of tradition, the United
States Bowling Congress will allow bowlers to drink beverages other
than water -- including alcohol -- at this year's Open
Championships, which begins Saturday in Reno, Nev.
Open Championships manager Duane Hagen provided me the following
