Roth fund doesn't get IRS approval

I got a check in the mail Monday that I didn't want.
It was my donation to the fund The Bowling Foundation was
administering for Mark Roth to help the bowling legend deal with
his staggering medical bills as he recovered from a devastating
stroke he suffered on May 31.
