Tom Smallwood took down two of the giants of bowling to win the first major of the 2009-10 Lumber Liquidators PBA Tour season on Sunday. Smallwood crushed Bill O'Neill 211-159 in the semifinals and then struck in the 10th to defeat Wes Malott 244-228 to win the PBA World Championship.
