Update: 848 third-highest 3-man game in MBA history?

Tom Smyth's perfect game a couple of Thursdays ago in the Wildcat Lanes Highballs League led his team to an 848 game that appears to be the third-highest 3-man game in Madison Bowling Association history. Bill Burns led off for the team with a 279 and Curt Crubaugh added 269 as the team recorded 33 of a possible 36 strikes, Burns said in an e-mail.
