For background, I wrote this story last Monday when the basics of the PBA Elite Regional Tour were announced, with the statement that &ldquo;tournament details including schedules and center locations to be announced August 10th on PBA.com.&rdquo; That followed my story on July 28 that tried to provide some context, analysis and reason on the rumor mill that was running hot....

The 2027 PBA Tour will be exclusive to PBA Priority status players only with the exception of the PBA World Series of Bowling, PBA Tournament of Champions and any event run by the USBC.
