Sometimes a break from the grind of practicing, working out, etc., can refresh an athlete and make them better for the next competition. Such was the case for Lindsay Boomershine, as the 2023 USBC Queens Champions averaged 220.38 to lead after Thursday’s first round of the 2025 U.S. Women’s Open.
