As E.J. Tackett staged a stunning comeback to get in contention and then began marching to victory in the 2025 U.S. Open, a friend asked on Facebook if Tackett belonged on bowling’s Mount Rushmore. I replied by asking if we could please let him reach his 40th birthday before considering that. After Tackett won the tournament on Sunday with a nearly flawless TV performance, it's worth considering where Tackett stands and where he might get to. At 32, Tackett now has 24 PBA Tour titles,...
