There isn’t too much that would happen at the venerable Petersen Classic that would even mildly surprise me. My first Petersen was either 1979 or 1980 at infamous and beloved 35th and Archer in Chicago and I experienced some of the tournament’s famous shenanigans when I made a run at the lead in 1991-92, took over second and ended up eighth.
