J.D. Jones fires 1,607 to become first to break 1,600 at 2023 Petersen Classic

J.D. Jones of Massillon, Ohio fired 1,607 over Memorial Day weekend to become first bowler to break 1,600 at the 2023 Petersen Classic at Bowlero Wauwatosa, the Petersen reported in this Facebook post. Jones rolled games of 235, 166, 238, 158, 222, 151, 201 and 236, with John Randolph and Mark Suchan moving into a tie for second with 1,579 each. The standings are here.
