Dom Barrett led after Wednesday’s first two rounds of qualifying of the 2023 PBA Wichita Classic, but David Krol stole the limelight with a 31-bagger as he ended the day in third, according to results posted here.
Barrett fired games of 248, 201, 221, 212, 223, 257, 276, 279, 205, 246, 289 and 195 for a 12-game total of 2,852 (237.67 average) that gave him a 5-pin lead over the 2,847 of reigning and 7-time PBA Player of the Year Jason Belmonte.
