For the second straight year, a bowler has shot an almost inconceivable score to take the lead in the Petersen Classic. (I'm not counting the 1,903 Bryan Hoff shot in July when the house shot erroneously got put down at Bowlero Wauwatosa, as I detailed in this story.)
