Anthony Simonsen led qualifying, but the significant number at the end of Thursday’s competition at the 2022 USBC Masters was 203.53, according to results posted here. That was the average of Dino Castillo, who finished 63rd after the 15 games of qualifying at the Gold Coast in Las Vegas. That made him the last player to make the 64-man bracket for match play, as defending champion Thomas Larsen of Denmark was guaranteed a spot and missed the top 64 with 2,929 for 160th.
