PBA League 'Declaration Day' offers up a surprise that has nothing to do with which players were kept and dropped

Whether there were any surprises in which players were kept and dropped by PBA League managers in “Declaration Day” on Tuesday is simply a matter of opinion, much like transactions in any sport. But there was one undeniable surprise dropped during the Declaration Day show that aired live on the PBA Facebook page.
