The Sun Prairie and Monona Grove boys and the Sun Prairie/Marshall girls are the leaders after Monday’s fourth week of 2021-22 Wisconsin District 4 High School Bowling, District 4 reported. Eight boys varsity, six boys junior varsity, and five girls teams are competing this year. The competition features nine games of Baker format each week, with a match winner getting one win.
