Josie Barnes again beats Cherie Tan in title match that goes to final frame, winning 2021 U.S. Women's Open and biggest prize in women’s pro bowling history

Josie Barnes and Cherie Tan had been down this road before, battling to the final frame for a PWBA Tour title. Just not a major title with the biggest first prize in women’s pro bowling history on the line.
On April 27, 2019, in the title match of the season-opening 2019 Nationwide PWBA Greater Cleveland Open, Barnes struck out in the 10th frame to force Tan to roll three strikes of her own to win by a pin.
