USBC Open, Women's Championships survey of captains asks about COVID-19 topics, moving tournaments to fall

The USBC is gauging the views of its 2021 Open Championships captains on a number of COVID-19 topics, and the possibility of moving the tournament to the fall, which it might be forced to do by Nevada measures.
