Wisconsin legend, Hall of Fame bowler and coach Dick Ritger dies at 81

Dick Ritger was inducted into the PBA Hall of Fame in 1978, the USBC Hall of Fame in 1984, the Wisconsin Bowling Hall of Fame in 2009, and the Bowling Coaches Hall of Fame as the first inductee in 2008. Ritger won 20 PBA Tour titles and two USBC Eagles, was voted the 14th greatest player in PBA history in 2009, and almost certainly would be on Wisconsin bowling’s Mount Rushmore, depending how the greats of the pre-PBA Tour era are considered, such as Hank Marino, Ned Day, Charlie Daw,...
