Tuesday’s first round of the 2019 U.S. Women’s Open at Texas Star Lanes in the Texas Station Casino in North Las Vegas, Nevada was conducted on a flat lane pattern and scores predictably were low with just 15 of the 108 players averaging 200 or better.
