Tracy Ebarb was hired as business development director for the International Bowling Museum and Hall of Fame in 2016 and left in late 2018 to take over as chief development officer at Directions 12 Step. Ebarb, who has had a long career as a fundraising consultant and executive in the not-for-profit field, came to the IBMHOF from outside of bowling, which hasn’t always turned out so well in the sport’s history, as bowling seems to require a special inside understanding for success....
