As I detailed in this story, a fire alarm cleared the Oncenter toward the end of the 7 p.m. team squad on Thursday, May 3, which had started roughly a half hour late, according to reports I received from bowlers who were there.
The delay ultimately led to the 10:45 p.m. minors squad starting way late and ending at nearly 5 a.m. on Friday, May 4, which didn't stop Chris Hill from nearly taking the singles lead with 795 on that squad.
