Soon-to-be-senior Dale Hackbart turned back the clock in winning the Wolf River Non-Pro tournament on Sunday at Point Bowl in Stevens Point, the WRNP reported. Hackbart beat Todd Fenske 245-174 in the title match to win the $404 top prize, plus $140 in the Bet You Win pot. Fenske earned $255 for second and $40 for leading qualifying with 999.
